Mountain Twilight
Mountain Twilight was one of my few paintings that was produced quickly. Perhaps it’s because nighttime beside a wilderness Montana river is the most non-distracting place to be. It’s not that it’s purely quiet. You actually hear more of the world. The rivers moments are defined more by sound than site. The crickets and birds language becomes more distinct. Mountain twilight is a time a place to focus and receive.
