The landscape of Rocky Mountain region is more that majestic peaks and rushing rivers filled with trout. The fields and foothills of Rockies is a place of abundant life. This painting brings men back to a flower field near iceberg lake, a gently blowing wheat field near the Big Hole river and a lavender field outside the Beartooth pass. This is my happy place. Summiting the Shining Peak is ambitious and wondrous, but a few hours on waterworks hill is sometimes exactly what I need.
